12-Month / 12,000-Mile Warranty
Every qualifying repair we perform is covered on parts and labor for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. If something we fixed fails, we make it right.
What's covered
- Parts we install and the labor to install them
- Brake components, suspension and steering parts, AC components, batteries, alternators, and starters we supply
- Engine and transmission repairs we perform
- Honored at BOTH locations — Austin and Round Rock — regardless of which shop did the work
What's not
- —Normal wear items used as intended (wiper blades, bulbs) past their service life
- —Damage from accident, misuse, racing, or modification after the repair
- —Customer-supplied parts (we'll install them, but we can only warranty our labor)
- —Unrelated failures of parts we did not service
How to make a claim
Call either shop — Austin (512) 631-2227 or Round Rock (512) 631-2228 — with your invoice number or the name the repair was under. We'll get the vehicle back in, verify the issue, and take care of it. Keep your invoice; it's your proof of coverage.
