Do you work on my make and model?
Yes — we service all makes and models: domestic trucks, Japanese and Korean imports, hybrids, and everything in between. Both shops run factory-level diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer repair procedures, so your warranty stays intact when we handle the maintenance.
Will you try to upsell me?
No. Our techs are not paid commission on parts. If something is worn, we show you the part and explain what happens if you wait. Plenty of repairs can safely wait — and we will tell you which ones. That is the entire reason this shop exists.
How fast can you get me in?
Most maintenance and many repairs are same-day or next-day at both the Austin and Round Rock shops. Book online or call — if we cannot get you in quickly, we will say so up front instead of holding your car in a queue.
